Migration complete

You may or may not have noticed that mysweetshadow.co.uk has been down for the majority of the day. That is because I have shifted the site from my account on Prime Hosting to my Bluehost account. This is mainly due to the fact I will be adding a lot more photos to the website soon and my prime hosting account only allows me 500mb of space. Bluehost in comparison offers unlimited space, so the move made a lot of sense.

I am very impressed with the very short length of time it took for the domain name settings to update. I changed the settings to point at bluehosts DNS at about 10:30am and by 1pm mysweetshadow.co.uk was pointing at bluehost's servers.

If you are not used to doing this sort of thing (which I am not, I have never migrated hosting or DNS before), bluehost are very good and provide you with videos that lead you every step of the way, such as this one.

I think everything has migrated successfully, if anyone spots any problems can you please let me know via the contact page. In the meantime, welcome to mysweetshadow.co.uk on Bluehost!
